because they haven't been jaded by our political system and they don't generally watch much cable propaganda. The older folks are moving to Bernie because they can now see clearly what a lifetime of voting against their own best interests has gotten them.

The Service economy and it's crap jobs and lousy benefits for the masses. People middle aged who lose their jobs cannot find work unless underemployed and paid lots less. People can't just work hard and prosper any more,

Middle aged job insecurity and the upcoming retirement crisis. Bernie gets it, Hillary and the Third Way Corporatists exacerbate the problems with their openness to "entitlement reform" and free trade race to the bottom.
