I got an unusual email today from a politician asking for money ..for 2014..

Yep,
Senator Jeff Merkley, Oregon, asked for 24 dollars for 2014.
This one is not over, and he want for the next one.
What does one say to this insanity?

My advice: just delete it, and tune in in, say, March 2014.

I presume that you, like me, do not live anywhere near the state of Oregon.
