(5,614 posts)The secret is the HRC's campaign's sincere belief that the voters will not see it for what it is.
If it doesn't stick, move on to the next deception.

(316 posts)All of the money Sanders received was from small donors who responded to fundraising letters/emails that the DSCC asked him to write.

(17,320 posts)... and you know it.
Campaign funds for the Democratic Party are not funds "for Bernie Sanders".

(12,482 posts)a jury of Bernie Bros. will hide it soon.
Goblinmonger
(22,340 posts)but I already posted in the thread so I won't be on the jury.
The desperation in these posts is awesome.
BTW, you never answered the last time I asked in the other thread: Is he using these funds for his Presidential run?
arely staircase
(12,482 posts)not me.
Goblinmonger
(22,340 posts)Of course he hasn't taken that money for his Presidential bid. That's not how it works, not what it's for, and not how it's spent.
I was hoping you were just ignorant about the reality, but, clearly, you are just making shit up knowingly.
Would still leave the post stand for the pure desperation were I on the jury.
arely staircase
(12,482 posts)Or the DSCC doesn't take Wall St. money?
Goblinmonger
(22,340 posts)Do you have proof that he took money? Because it was made pretty clear what happened in your other post yesterday.

(20,043 posts)what a ridiculous alert.
On Thu Feb 11, 2016, 11:26 AM an alert was sent on the following post:
Bernie Sanders takes Wall St. Money
http://www.democraticunderground.com/12511201593
REASON FOR ALERT
This post is disruptive, hurtful, rude, insensitive, over-the-top, or otherwise inappropriate.
ALERTER'S COMMENTS
This attack has been disproven, and this childish retelling of a lie is getting somewhat tiring.
You served on a randomly-selected Jury of DU members which reviewed this post. The review was completed at Thu Feb 11, 2016, 11:33 AM, and the Jury voted 3-4 to LEAVE IT.
Juror #1 voted to LEAVE IT ALONE
Explanation: Sanders supporters really need to stop clogging the alert system with these ridiculous attempts to shut down opposing views - while savaging Hillary Clinton with far worse smears, I might add. WE GET IT. You hate her and love him. Some people like her and would like to discuss it. Rebut, don't alert.
Juror #2 voted to LEAVE IT ALONE
Explanation: No explanation given
Juror #3 voted to HIDE IT
Explanation: No explanation given
Juror #4 voted to HIDE IT
Explanation: Deal with a hide.
Juror #5 voted to LEAVE IT ALONE
Explanation: I don't think this comes anywhere near the criteria for hiding. leave.
Juror #6 voted to HIDE IT
Explanation: No explanation given
Juror #7 voted to LEAVE IT ALONE
Explanation: Retelling something allegedly childish is not disruptive, hurtful rude, etc.
Thank you very much for participating in our Jury system, and we hope you will be able to participate again in the future.

(12,482 posts)The two they hid were way less provocative. But they hid them and get to live with this one now.

(14,195 posts)the DSCC money she took as Senator.
As I said, pathetic. I guess Camp Weathervane is totally spooked by Bernie getting over 7.5 MILLION dollars in donations since trouncing her in NH?

(4,490 posts)Yes, maybe a very small amount of wall street money found its way into his campaign in a roundabout way when a Democratic organization, that itself took a small amount of wall street money, decided to back him. Wall Street was not giving him money though.
Not sure what kind of idiot would actually believe that's equivalent to direct payments in campaign contributions and personal cash. It's an incredibly easy distinction to see for anyone who bothers to put the claim to the slightest bit of scrutiny.

(4,490 posts)Yes, the Democratic Senatorial Campaign Committee gave him $37,000 for his campaign in 2006 when they decided to back him, and also spent more of their money on advertising. About 8% of The Democratic Senatorial Campaign Committee funds came from Wallstreet. Never mind that the idea of them giving that money so Bernie Sanders could win an election is pretty laughable. So proportionally, I suppose about $3,000 of Wallstreet money ended up in Bernie Sanders' campaign funds that year, with another $16,000 or so being spent as part of DSCC's own advertising efforts. A bigger chunk of their funds came from the "Friend's of Hillary".
