to Wall Street bankers to reach the voting public. I think this will continue to be an issue for her though.

were put forth by her, in which she insisted that a stenographer be present and that
transcripts be made, for her records presumably ...

The contract also makes clear that the speech itself is the intellectual property of Clinton: Recording Clinton’s speech is prohibited, but the sponsor must agree to pay $1,250 to a stenographer, who will transcribe the speech for Clinton’s records.

I think Hillary should release her transcripts now and get her statements to Wall Street out on the table BEFORE our Party is locked in to her nomination.
If there is a 47% moment for Hillary in those speeches, the RNC is strategically waiting to drop that bomb after the convention.
There were plenty of Rove Repubs at Hillary's Wall Street speeches too. Her words will not remain secret if they
can be used to discourage Democrats away from voting for her in the general.
