Solution to: Like Bernie, but think Hillary will win the nomination.

If you think Hillary will win the nomination, then I suggest placing a bet with someone that she will win it... BUT vote for the candidate who has shown integrity and good judgment. It's a win-win strategy!

Incidentally, I'm not sure I would bet that Hillary will win the general election. In the general election, independents will make the difference. Those are the folks who vote for the best person, not the party. It sure is too bad there is not a Caucus of Independents to help select nominees.

A decision may not have been the best. Excuses is not creating a basis for me to believe better decisions are in the future. I also do not buy into the RW talking points, it a lot to do about nothing.

She can do whatever the hell she wants, and as long as she apologizes for it afterwards, all is well.

That's one way of looking at it. I see "integrity" as being a particular way for a long time. Be that a good way or not. For example, Satan has integrity because he's always and ever evil.

Integrity can require courage. Like facing arrest for protesting something you believe in. Like taking constant abuse for the beliefs you hold near and dear.

Good judgement is kinda harder to pin down, because you need history to tell whether a particular judgement was good. Like the Iraq vote. And the PATRIOT Act. And WTO, NAFTA, PTT.

To the F-35 program and never asking why the large cost over runs, this could go on and on. Since you mentioned NAFTA, Hillary was not in Congress to even got on that bill.

Or in the 2 party system, Democratic Party.

If we had a representative system that supported more parties, I would likely be registered green or socialist as the Democratic party is too capitalist currently for my tastes.

I will vote for the best person.

Bernie.

then they can give me a candidate I can support in good conscience. Until then, I vote on contents, not labels.
