As a Texas Democrat, I've been so bitterly disappointed by "whatever" slacker (non) voters and the low-information part-time voters that only occasionally vote during Presidential election years that I'll be nervous through Election Night.

(23,867 posts)I'm surprised at the number I meet, as well as who they are. One is a friend who was the first conscientious objector in the Air Force during Vietnam. He is a true blue Dem from as far back as he goes. He apologized in advance, and then told me what he hasn't told anyone. It's shock at first, and then the realization that Hillary simply won't cut it for some.
