There are some weird delegate allocation rules that aren't simply based on proportional vote... SidDithers Mar 2016 #7

In Texas, for instance, only 162 of the 222 delegates have been awarded (120 for Clinton and 42 for Sanders) with only 79% of the Texas results having been reported. At 538, someone said it could take a few days for the totals to be known.

And Clinton's lead should increase overnight, as the remaining delegates are awarded for the states that went tonight.

Edit: I'm going to guess about 105 more delegates for Clinton and about 65 more for Bernie.

things like counties won, or districts, or something like that.

For instance, rcp is only showing 162 of 222 delegates for Texas right now. (120 Clinton and 42 Sanders)
The other 60 delegates are still to come, as the vote tallies are finalized.

Similar for other states.

538 had a target for Bernie of 412 delegates (out of 865 available) tonight. He's going to fall far short of that. Probably someowhere in the 320-330 range. So, in terms of delegates won tonight, Bernie did worse than he needed to do, and Hillary did better.
