Is Bill Clinton losing it mentally?

Seeing the photos of Bill Clinton inside a polling place, violating the devil out of election laws, my first thought was Clinton crookedness.

But then I thought maybe Bill has developed Alzheimer's. Even the Clinton Times did an article about his erraticness a few months ago.

http://www.nytimes.com/2016/01/29/us/politics/bill-clinton-campaign.html
"he occasionally meandered, leaving the audience, including some who had lined up for hours to see him, seeming more politely attentive than inspired...
“I have seen him speak many times, and he just didn’t seem to be the same guy. He could still summon stats and an anecdote or two, but not with the same verve.”

Nonetheless, charges should be brought.

The spouse of a candidate shows up not only within the prohibited distance from a polling place for campaigning, but inside a polling place, in Sander's precincts, and causes up to a two hour delay in people getting to vote, but, hey, you think that's legal.

that the people who feel the clintons are a little loose with the law, get upset about. This is reflected in her numbers on her trustworthiness.

It just adds one more stone in the basket of why I don't like them.

Official: Bill Clinton shaking hands does not violate election law

(CNN)—Election officials in Massachusetts say no official complaints have been filed against former President Bill Clinton, who was spotted Tuesday shaking hands with those inside a Boston polling station.

I am referencing a statement made by trump.

I am so glad there is very little to apologize for with Bernie. There is very little that stops me in my tracks and forces me to remove something ethical so I can continue to support him.
