Shameful outcome of US foreign policy in Honduras under SOS Clinton?

Hoping for a democratic win under Hillary Clinton?
You can not be a democrat and a Hillary supporter.
You can not be an environmentalist and a Hillary supporter.
You can not support indigenous rights as a Hillary supporter
You can not support feminist rights as a Hillary supporter.
You certainly can not be a pacificist and a Hillary supporter.

You can only live with your hypocrisy

Except there's a good chance that if he got in, no one would pass anything he proposed, nothing would get done in 4 years outside of state jurisdicted rights, and there would be no war?

while they wring their hands over a trade deficit with China that was caused in great part by normalization of trade relations, which required HUGE loans from the US to fix THEIR infrastructure that has to be paid back in cheap goods with close to slave labour.

I don't know the answer. But, perhaps raising the minimum wage so people could pay the real price of a new cell phone and the components that make it might be a start to some humanitarian solutions.

It is funny how some always blame the US for interfering in Latin America are now upset over this one time when the US didn't interfere in Latin America.

It's in Hillary's book 'Hard Choices'. There are plenty of articles out there if you are interested.
