During the week, having recorded it.

This includes the final episode. Mainly because the rest of the HH would rather watch the Waking Dead, I think it is. Not the Town Hall.

Why would the Revolution be stopped by the final episode of a TV show? It's "popular" enough to stop people from seeing the TH in significant numbers? Enough for the scheming DWS to take that into account?

How do we know what goes into the scheduling? You seem to picture DWS having total freedom to make it whenever she wants. And then uses that total freedom to get it at the best time for Hillary. Would seem to be a waste of time and not affect the vote in favor of Hillary with any significance.
