OK, Bernie could have been more antiwar on SOME votes

But, unlike HRC, Bernie at least rejects the idea that war should be the default solution to ALL of our problems. And unlike HRC, Bernie at least gets it that no use of American force can ever have progressive or humane results again...that, at best, all any future US use of force can achieve is a defense of "national interests&quot which never mean anything other than corporate interests). He understands that nothing we do in any future war anywhere can ever actually liberate anyone.

Bernie is not the St. Francis of Assisi of the Democratic primary. But he IS this year's Eugene McCarthy...he IS our peace candidate.

HRC never can be.

Voting for her in the primaries means voting for all of the delusions of the "liberal hawks" of 2004...most of all, the delusion that the hopelessly unwinnable conflict we are still tied down in in the Middle East is the "one last war" that will somehow lead us to a glorious future of peace, prosperity, and freedom. Just like the war we got into under this "liberal hawk" was going to be:
