Something I have been thinking about regarding the Bernie Sanders campaign

Last edited Sun Mar 6, 2016, 06:11 PM - Edit history (1)

Do you think Bernie Sanders' age has limited his competitiveness in the Democratic nomination contest.

He has raised all the money he needs but that has required little effort. The reason I ask this is because Sanders tends to win most of the the contests he makes an effort to win. For example, during Super Tuesday he made an effort in 5 states and won 4 of them and the 5th state Massachusetts was nearly a tie.

Do you think if he were a few years younger he would try to compete in more of the states instead of just letting Clinton assume she is going to win a certain state without contesting it.

I know Hillary Clinton is only about 6 or 7 years younger but she has had structural advantages and started out ahead so she has not had to make as much of an effort although she is working hard to win.

The Sanders campaign can thank themselves for that.

She has been in the news for 20 years. 20 years of free press. I don't get how anyone would even venture to deny that. Makes no sense at all. But there ya go.

As for the past two decades, Sanders has been hiding in obscurity as an ineffective, unproductive career politician. Not a lot of press coverage for people like that.

Yeah, Bernie's been hiding. Socialists are like that. Just mayor, congressman and senator and going all over in the struggle for workers.

And even with all the free press H has she's still not electable. Bernie has shown that; coming from obscurity in just 9 months to making H sweat, he is the people's choice. Fuck M$M.

where he has the lead. Not so much in the others. It's fairly predictable, really.

as the primaries have moved south. Hang in there and fight and stay as energetic as he has.
