Image it's the end of the July. Philadelphia. DNC convention. The "City of Brotherly Love". The place Wikipedia says "played an instrumental role in the American Revolution".

I want to see Bernie saying things like this... from around minute 15:30 of the video above in a discussion about voter turnout. Abbreviated some parts here:

"Let's show the world that democracy is alive and well with a huge voter turnout.... When you have low voter turnouts you have billionaires buying elections. And that is what we have to overturn . What we have got to show the American people is that when we don't allow the Trumps of the world to divide us up. When we stand together... They may have all of the money and all of the power. But you know what we've got? You're seeing it here tonight. We' have THE PEOPLE"

Hide and watch. Bernie will select her as his VP candidate and she will accept.

Yes I'm saying that with the confidence of 67 years of living a hard scrabble life brings

I believe 35 is the age she would have to be to be VP so he may not be able to ask her to be his vp. mybad

ETA: I just looked up her Wiki Bio:
Born April 12, 1981 (age 34)
Leloaloa, American Samoa, U.S.

So age is not a factor in this as you have to be at least 35 years old to be President or Vice President. April 12 she will be 35 YO

a questionable history that should cause one to question acceptance, must less enthusiasm. I'd personally prefer she'd kept moving and was now making trouble for the GOP, endorsing Trump perhaps, but in any case well away from Bernie.

As for the notion that Gabbard would qualify for VEEP, IMO that is totally ridiculous. She is not a person of stature. She grabbed attention here when she quarreled with someone BSers don't like, but that's hardly reason to imagine she should be leading a nation. Not to worry. Gabbard would never even make it onto the long list that would get culled to Bernie's short list.

Please explain what you think is "questionable" in this woman's history

Do you mean she's against the gutting of the 4th Amendment?

Being against bailing out big banks on the backs of the middle class?

Her position on the TPP- "NAFTA on Steroids"?

She was against gay marriage but then, upon reflection, "changed her mind" (Kind of like when Obama "changed his mind" on mandatory purchase of corporate insurance after spending his entire campaign saying he opposed mandatory insurance.

So she has proved that she can move forward when presented with new facts and opinions.

What is "questionable"? TIA

Wanting to label GMO Foods- like Obama said he supported?

than most people here, because many have not heard of her yet. (that's changing now)

She wants to end the illegal and unconstitutional despicable practice of "regime change" (This used to be called Coup d'etats, before the name was changed)

I'm a Tulsi supporter 100%. Well maybe 95%- I don't agree with everything she says. But most.

Now, if you think I've overlooked some important thing in her past, please provide this new information and perhaps I'll re-consider. That's unlikely but the chance exists.

So, please proceed

Meanwhile- #TULSI2020 -the First Female President of the USA!
