2. He's not going to be able to ban fracking without an actual revolution of some sort.

The pipes are already buried and the gas is flowing. Nothing on this earth is going to interrupt that unless millions of people literally stand in a group to make that happen.

Honestly I just don't see how when in most of the communities being fracked even the Democrats support it because they think it is jobs and money.

People should also google Hillary Clinton Fracking.

The Clinton Foundation takes money from the Fracking Lobby and Hillary has done pro fracking speeches all over the world.

Thinks the mini quakes are great for rocking the baby to sleep"

Says Quakes help his state become a leader in building technology."

Said quakes are going to be great for the local economy, because movie producers can film apocalyptic destruction scenes there without the excess costs of special effects."

Showed me this super cool trick where he takes ordinary water from the tap, and lights it on fire!!! For some reason I can't replicate it here at home. He's great at that Houdini stuff."

11. Uh-huh and everyone gets a unicorn. Just HOW will Sanders ban fracking?

Nice idea, but just how is he going to do that with a hostile legislative branch? Executive orders can only apply to federal lands at best.

13. Doesn't the EPA issue permits for fracking?

If so, an Executive Order could prohibit the EPA from issuing new permits.

De Facto ban.

"A few months after the report’s release, the 2005 Energy Policy Act was passed, exempting the practice of fracking from the Safe Drinking Water Act, based in part on the EPA study, leaving regulation to states."

14. Come on. We're electing a president not a king. Sanders can't ban fracking without Congress

If he gets elected are you all going to abandon him in the 2018 elections like was done to Obama in 2010 if he can't get the obstructionists to go along with a fracking ban?

We've seen this movie before.

That doesn't mean he's going to be able to ban it by fiat.
However you can reasonably assume he'll fight harder to do so than Clinton.
