Which event most resembles the coming meltdown of the Hillary campaign?
Or is there some other event?

The Hillary campaign--more like slowly sliding down a big sinkhole in Florida along with Rubio.

(10,303 posts)We wouldn't be fleeing to Canada but there would be an awful lot of WTF moments - and that's putting it mildly and politely.

(10,303 posts)If it's the Battle of the Atlantic then Hillary is the British side and Bernie is the German side. The German U-boats nearly brought the UK to its knees by sinking an awful lot of ships going across from Canada to the UK. If it's D-Day then Hillary is the German side and Bernie is the Allied side. Occupied Europe looked inevitable.... but after building up and up... along with some clever distraction there was one big painful push and the combined forces of the United States, the British Empire and the Free forces of the occupied countries got into France.... and finally after further struggles France was liberated.
Please note that I'm not comparing any candidate to be like the British or Germans in WW2. Whether you could compare the Democratic campaigns to be more like the Battle of the Atlantic or D-Day then that might indicate your loyalty.... I'm hoping for D-Day to be honest but the Battle of the Atlantic had a favourable outcome too.
