Organizing Boycotts for advertisers of Trump media coverage

Trump needs to be stopped and we CAN be effective. Does anyone know of organized efforts for systematically boycotting sponsors of media (any of the outlets who are giving airtime to DonnyDumpster)? This has been extremely effective in the past (think about what happened with Rush).

The "news" outlets who are giving him the free airtime and thus contributing to this downward spiral are doing so because of the enormous amounts of advertising revenue that they are receiving. We can send a message by naming the new outlets and the advertisers who are taking advantage of the destruction of not only the political process, but our democracy.

We can call them out and bombard the sponsors with letters letting them know that we are boycotting their products; use social media to spread the word, and possibly make a difference.

I will do a search and see what I can find, however I take care of my very ill mother so my research time is limited to her sleep time - if anyone has any information, please post...

Thank you and Shine On!
Annette

It could be worse if no one knows how dangerous he is. I think keep him from having a peaceful rally is a better way.

We can start with perhaps the greatest bastards of them all, the American Petroleum Institute.

The have the ads with the slogan "I'm an energy voter". Those seem to run a lot on the news.

Do we just get the media email and snail mail addresses? Do we email the company specifically?

Was it Move On that organized the boycott on Rush and Beck? It really worked....

he knows that even when we become aware of what is behind a product or service we have little choice left behind lesser of evils .Fashion is about branding and we can't let this get more out of hand because his brand is world wide celebrity .
