Hillary Clinton officially wins Missouri after Bernie Sanders declines recount

Hillary Clinton officially wins Missouri after Bernie Sanders declines recount
Bob McGovern Friday, March 18, 2016

Democratic presidential front-runner Hillary Clinton picked up another primary victory last night after Vermont U.S. Sen. Bernie Sanders declined to fight her paper-thin margin of victory in Missouri.

The former secretary of state ended Tuesday’s battle with a narrow lead of 1,531 votes. Under state law, Sanders had the right to seek a recount since the margin was less than one-half of 1 percent. Sanders, however, declined to keep the fight going.

That's interesting considering how often you folks told us the only state he'd win was Vermont.

were Ohio and Missouri.

Of course it was a 5 state shutout for Bernie, now officially, with no dispute from the Sanders camp.

Bernie: Recount!? Pshaw! We wouldn't waste the Missouri taxpayers money on such trivialities!

I guarantee you it won't be Elizabeth Warren. We can talk further at that time.

He knows its a lost cause.

He wants to move on to the majority white caucus states in the west where his thinks hes got a better shot.

This race is already over anyway.
