Despite $1 Billion Gap in TV Coverage Sanders Has Received 84% of the Votes that Trump Has

While the MSM spends 30 minutes waiting for their magic ratings fairy to appear at an empty lectern, Sanders gives a March 15 speech that none of them cover.

It has been like that all along. Debates scheduled in timeslots that Scotland Yard couldn't track down. And what little coverage their has been includes plenty of red baiting and attempted hit jobs like Chris "Clinton" Matthews infamous interview. Heck, Bernie asking for Clinton to stop talking over him and over her time got as much coverage in the MSM as anything else the Sanders campaign has done.

And yet Sanders has edged Clinton in key states, tied in others and continues to receive nearly as many votes as the orange media darling who gets softball questions and 24/7 access to the cable news addicts.

How do you explain Sanders success with the MSM stacked against him?

Sanders has done better against the odds than any of them ever thought possible.
The only one they were worried about was Warren, who agreed to not run. One
can easily understand her fear...how would Hillary compete against a woman who was
not taking WS money? Vote for me, I am the woman who DOES take WS money?
Not a catchy campaign phrase...is it.

Regardless, Sanders has been close behind despite the odds
and I will be forever grateful he ran no matter how it ends.

and they knew a lot about how Bernie wins elections. There is a reason he has been the only person in the Senate with an I. Vermont is/was full of rural conservatives but he wins.

Most of us are yet to understand how Sanders does it, with the media and the system against him. Part of it is just his sincerity and character but what is the other part? I think much of it is the way he usually plays off of the establishment candidates lying and over-reacting to him. The media blackout has blocked some of that in this national campaign but Sanders is a master of playing off the attacks. He makes the campaign about issues and connects to voters while the other side wants it to be about the game, power and the status quo.

He is well known and trusted in Vermont, it took time to build that as well.

I don't want to see him lose, there's too much at stake.
