(11,366 posts)She is the only candidate running who is under a possible criminal investigation by the FBI. How would the party ever win if she's either indicted or if the investigation heats up and leaks like a sieve?
Worse yet, she might taint Obama's legacy. If the FBI recommends indicting her and Obama tries to save her, it won't look good for any Democrats.
Bernie simply has far less skeletons in the closet.

(9,385 posts)said Sen. Sherrod Brown (D-Ohio). Almost no Democrat I know would say that. And shouldnt.
It's from the linked article on Politico, which the HuffPo link leads to. Here:
http://www.politico.com/story/2016/03/bernie-dems-winddown-220966
The senators who want him to get out are: Claire McCaskill (MO), Barbara Boxer (CA), Jeanne Shaheane (NH), and Barbara Mikulski (MD).
So that's 4 senators quoted saying something like that, but not even very pointedly. Chuck Schumer said this:
Bernie is a very constructive person. And he wants to move American politics closer in his direction. Hes done that already, said Sen. Chuck Schumer of New York, the expected next Democratic leader. I am not worried.
Another quote from the article:
"But, for now at least, Democrats believe measured diplomacy is the best approach for dealing with Sanders and his supporters."
Umm... this looks a little overblown. Isn't that nteresting. Looks like the writer wanted to make more out of it than the senators really said.
