Bill says last 8 years were a disaster?

"But if you believe we can all rise together, if you believe we've finally come to the point where we can put the awful legacy of the last eight years behind us and the seven years before that where we were practicing trickle-down economics with no regulation in Washington, which is what caused the crash, then you should vote for her."

Yikes, did he forget who is the President? If the last 8 years have been so awful why did his wife not speak out?

Referring to the obstruction.

Of course it wont be any better for his wife, but that is what he means.

That's why down ticket races matter, and so far I see one candidate doing more about that.

Eight years ago is when Obama defeated Hillary. Seven years ago is when Obama took office (and still had a Dem House until 5 years ago).

Eight years ago...

Her campaign took far too long to correct its early mis-steps. Confronted with Obama's megawatt charisma, she wheeled out her campaign's resident rock star: Bill Clinton. But the spectacle of the former president, white-haired and red-faced, ripping into his wife's opponent dredged up memories of scandal and invective - a living example of the "old politics" Obama had promised to end.

When Bill lumps together all of the years since he left office into a "disaster" he certainly seems to be lumping together and trashing everyone who's last name isn't Clinton.

If that was the case he'd make an argument about how she's going to end that obstruction...

Which he didn't.

He also claimed that Hillary was going to make colleges free, again. Even though that is NOT her policy at all.

They made hundreds of millions, traded favors for billions donated to their [s]slush fund[/s] Foundation, Hillary got to start several wars and coups. Life is good for the 1%.
