I empathize with Hillary and Jane Sandrrs' coughing fits

I came down with a nasty respiratory infection last week and still can't kick this cough. What's worse is the coughing fit that comes when the throat gets irritated. It's both embarrassing and helpless-feeling and they talk all day.

I get it all the time, so I sympathize with anyone who had coughing fits while speaking. Your throat gets so dry...and then you're inside/outside without any kind of consistency.

Even without any resp. infection or a cold.

4. The dr. said 6 wks or so for the cough to go away with all that's going around.

Hope you feel better soon. I still have the cough and when I get in a coughing fit, I end up with a headache I feel for anyone that has to do public speaking or singing and has to deal with this.

8. I had it also. I had to walk out of my work room at work several times. I

finally saw my doc. Got some yellow 'pearls' as he called them to stop the cough--needed to take every 3-hours for almost 3 weeks.

Also got some cough syrup--prescription--had some codiene in it for night. That virus was waking my up coughing for lots of nights.


I really do hope you are recovering. I have not heard Hillary with that cough last several times. But it is a virus going around
