They can't just pick some random number and make that many ballots. So if large crowds of people who didn't register do show up at the polls, it's not like it's the polling stations fault for not expecting them. Not when they could have registered months ago. The polling stations can only plan for likely scenarios.

I tired of hand counted paper ballots for the countries that we fix. Purple finger, to prevent voter fraud, etc.
We have shenanigan electronics in our voting. No paper is verified.

Isn't it Utah where all the provisional ballots were used and now they have to check every one to be sure voters are registered? I hope Bernie has someone on hand to keep it honest.
