"BUT THEY ARE RED STATES!!!!!"...

First it was "END THE CAUCUS!" when Bernie lost Iowa and Nevada. Then it was "BUT THEY ARE RED STATES!" when Hillary swept the South.

Then....Bernie wins some red state caucuses, and it's "BERNIE WON RED STATE CAUCUSES! YAY!".

Thy hypocrisy knows no bounds.

Here's the deal: Hillary was outspent in all 3 states by nearly 3:1 margin. She didnt even campaign in ID or UT except for sending Michelle Kwan to UT for a day. She is playing the delegate map. She increased her popular vote totals with 3 more states down.

Candidates are supposed to spend money so voters know who they are and what they stand for - and where she doesn't spend money advertising, people who KNOW HER vote for a little guy who prior to one year ago had no national presence - a Senator from a very small state.

Another issue you completely ignore is the "millennial vote" - people who learned about her while they were in elementary school. My kids are currently learning about Michelle and Barack Obama; they have reading assignments and biographies, and at elementary grade levels, it is all flattering "rah rah" stuff. My kids *adore* the President and First Lady. But the people who grew up with the Clintons in the White House are rejecting her in unprecedented margins.

If she was a GOOD CANDIDATE - think Elizabeth Warren - people would be flocking. Instead, one side hates her, a large percentage of her own party despises her cronyism and corruption, and the best argument her supporters can truly offer is "be afraid of Trump!"

I know one person who is supporting her, and doing so while holding his nose. He prefers Bernie, but believes Hillary can win. (I don't - I think she will drop out in return for a non-prosecution.)

The money, power and corruption amassed by the Clintons since they left office is unprecedented. The fact they are trying to get back there (making the funds they've collected a good investment by their backers) is one of the worst, most disillusioning moments of my political life.

I am embarrassed by them.

to start trying to figure out how she is going to get independents to vote for her. A victory in the primaries will not help her in the general. Facts and wisdom says that HRC does not stand up well against Trump or Cruz in a General Election.

A recent CNN/ORC poll found that while Trump and Clinton perform extremely well against candidates of their own parties, they don't when competing across the aisle.

Bernie Sanders and Clinton both would beat Trump by double digits, according to hypothetical general election matchups.

Eliminate Trump, though, and Clinton's race gets a lot tighter. Ted Cruz would tie with her in a hypothetical matchup, and John Kasich would beat her by 6 points.

Kasich fares the best against the Democratic front-runner, yet only 17 percent of Republican voters polled want him to get the nomination.

However, a large majority –– 65 percent –– of Republicans said if Trump wins the nomination, they would not want to see another Republican candidate run in the general election as a third-party candidate.

On the Democratic side, Sanders actually performs better than Clinton against every Republican candidate. But it's becoming more and more unlikely he'll get the Democratic nomination.

My point was "it is time for Hillary Clinton to start figuring out how she is going to win the Independent vote in the General.

Instead of getting angry at me, maybe it would be a better idea to help your candidate figure that out.

And she does have not only name recognition but voters knows her accomplishments. On the other side Sanders was mayor for ten years and was in Congress for twenty five years and he does not have name recognition and voters do not know what he has accomplished. Now, why is one with less time elected called "established" and the other with thirty years an elected official is "not established". Maybe it is simply because Hillary has more accomplishments and experience.
