The caption reads, "Hillary Clinton and George Bush embrace at Nancy Reagan's funeral."

The article is titled: "Neocon War Hawks Want Hillary Clinton Over Donald Trump. No Surprise—They’ve Always Backed Her"

And from those two disparate items the author expects me to connect some dots and reach the inevitable conclusion that the Republicans have been actively trying pushing a bunch of standard reverse psychology screeds on turnips in an effort to convince them into believing that the rightwing just loves Clinton in pieces, so please elect her. This would be the same author who seems to have quite a long pattern in criticizing Clinton and promoting Sanders.

Meh, this bit of Republican sleight of hand is not why I come to DU, so I'll pass and instead go look at rightwing blog photos of Obama bowing.
