(10,565 posts)Their whole internet campaign against Hillary is founded on smears. Lots of gullible neophytes out there

RKP5637
(67,088 posts)horrible. At one time the democratic party was about working for all the people. Now, they only want those with $$$$$'s, Country Club Democrats, and they're more than willing to tell one that and to leave if you don't like that. Well, F that, Bernie has my vote and millions of others are doing the same.

(31,170 posts)I already knew Bernie was gruff, so the video doesn't surprise me. I guess it did others. Hence the comments.
gabeana
(3,166 posts)but a campaign that is not worried shouldn't stoop so low
Lucinda
(31,170 posts)Lots of others on the web are discussing it though.
It's another example of the gruff behavior we see in the debates, so people are discussing it. Many saw it live, which is how I heard about it. Brock and the others carrying it didn't create it. It's got zip to do with Hillary.

(1,065 posts)... I support Hillary at this point, but should she lose, I'll gladly support Sanders against whichever mutant the Repukes choose.
See how that works?

(54,770 posts)they are racists or something. Times I've seen Sanders with his wife, they seem cool.

(23,730 posts)her only tactic is to delay Sanders' trendline until they run out the clock
she relies on voters not really thinking about the primary, but she can't run on that

(3,166 posts)has to change his tone or they won't debate
so to the media/public the have to make it look like Sanders is the bad guy
sounds about right coming from the Clinton campaign

They are willing to debate to make Bernie happy and give him a platform, because that's all it's about for him now. It's not about him winning the nomination.

(3,166 posts)"Hillary Clinton chief strategist Joel Benenson said on CNN Monday that they would refuse to schedule any further debates with Bernie Sanders unless his campaign changed its tone.
Bernie Sanders wants a debate here [in New York] before the April primary, host Kate Bolduan noted. Are you going to agree to it?
But Benenson changed the subject: I think what was notable this weekend wasnt so much that, but in my mind the Washington Post story with his own campaign talking about how theyre poll-testing more negative attacks on Hillary Clinton.
what you just said is not accurate
