How Hillary Clinton Bought the Loyalty of 33 State Democratic Parties by Margot Kidder

How Hillary Clinton Bought the Loyalty of 33 State Democratic Parties by Margot Kidder (actress, activist, best known for playing Lois Lane alongside Christopher Reeves in Superman).

My only question: Do people really believe HRC would reform the campaign finance system?

In August 2015, at the Democratic Party convention in Minneapolis, 33 democratic state parties made deals with the Hillary Clinton campaign and a joint fundraising entity called The Hillary Victory Fund. The deal allowed many of her core billionaire and inner circle individual donors to run the maximum amounts of money allowed through those state parties to the Hillary Victory Fund in New York and the DNC in Washington.

“It just becomes a way to funnel more to the DNC to support the Clinton Campaign”, said Paul S. Ryan, deputy executive director of the Campaign Legal Centre, which advocates for campaign finance reform. “It’s effectively Hillary Clinton’s team soliciting Hillary Clinton’s supporters for much bigger checks than they can give to the campaign.”

The psychological damage of the Hillary Victory Fund, the inference by its very existence that every vote is not equal, has had a dampening effect on older Democrats. The perception that most Democrats support Hillary, and that she is the most reliable candidate to defeat a Trump or a Cruz in the fall is felt by every journalist, every newspaper opinion writer and every television current affairs show, and is absorbed by the consumers of that news. When you have lobbyists for the big media giants, such as Fyeed Eychancer of Newsweb, or Viacom lawyer and lobbyist Steve Forbes, giving money to the Hillary Victory Fund through the state of Montana, the rot in the system is laid bare.

Look, we know the deck is stacked, that Hillary and the DNC get all the face cards and that you’re dealing from the bottom of the deck. But just give us an ace from time to time, or maybe even a small straight. Don’t rub our hopelessness in our faces as if we are too dumb to know. You will pay for your contempt. If not this year, then the next.

This sort of lying, cheating and manipulation are the reasons many Lifelong Dems will for the first

time not vote for a Democratic nominee in the GE if she wins, they may vote down ticket but not for her for president (if we are lucky and they don't decide to stay home because of her, to be clear I am talking here of liberals that show up even in the midterms) She is causing the destruction of a party via her lack of integrity, ethics and a with good dose of pure entitlement bordering (if not crossing into) clinical narcissism.

It was bad enough knowing that if she becomes the nominee we will have lost the unaffiliated and young voters, as well as I might add new voters that had given up on the system entirely because of corruption only to have her confirm such corruption crosses party lines and exists just as they always knew. Bernie is the one bringing the young, the unaffiliated, and those that had given up on the system, not her and they will not be there in Nov. no matter what he says or does to support her. It is most unfortunate because had the Democratic establishment run a clean and fair campaign, we could have grown and strengthened the party based on such voters.

She is the only reason there even is a Bernie or bust movement - driven by the lies, cheating, manipulation, voter disenfranchisement and yes, I believe even the attempt (a fairly successful one I might add) at outright purchasing of Delegates just to win in order to lose a General, She may well be the death of the party, not because of her alone, but because of all the in your face party corruption in plain view for all to see.
