Debates were offered. He turned them down.

Honestly, they should let them debate without a moderator.

2 at night, one in morning.

It's not like they don't get replayed 200 times.

Doesn't matter when the actual time is.

It's politics. And he is winning this mini-battle. First he got Hillary to agree to an April debate when they negotiated the NH debate.

He wanted her to commit to NY April debate, she refused to agree to NY.

Now they are in NY. Even after this week when she threatened no more debates.

Now they are narrowing to the time and date. This is no chance Hillary would refuse a NY or an April debate at this point. I suspect an agreement was signed with respect to April.

At any rate, she'll come around to a date that Bernie can agree to. She hasn't proposed one yet.

getting it. He should bend on the date.

Personally I think the 4th is a better idea because Wisconsin voters can see it but I understand the basketball game is an issue.

And it looks like Sanders agreed to a GMA debate but changed his mind after Clinton a greed.

He is playing games.

And tax day is the 18th.

At this point this is just some childish game to portray Sanders as a victim and Clinton as an evil predator attacking him.

Both groups will be rejecting until they agree on a time/date.

All of this being out in public is just the usual campaign bickering.
