Rachel Maddows reports regularly on how people are living in states under Republican rule

From LGBT civil rights in NC to Flint MI to abortion access in TX, etc. It's a staple of her show. So, yes, she does have every right to point out when national Democratic candidates for president aren't helping other Dems get elected.

she is throwing everything in the path to derail the democratic socialist from the white house - in favor of her chosen candidate.
rachel is arrogant in her intelligence - and arrogance when it reaches a certain point, begins to cancel out the intelligence.

i had much respect for her before she went bonkers for hillary and made it personal on her show.

It's not like MSNBC hasn't fired the host of their most popular program before for being politically awkward.

http://www.democracynow.org/2013/3/21/phil_donahue_on_his_2003_firing

In 2003, the legendary television host Phil Donahue was fired from his prime-time MSNBC talk show during the run-up to the U.S. invasion of Iraq. The problem was not Donahue’s ratings, but rather his views: An internal MSNBC memo warned Donahue was a "difficult public face for NBC in a time of war," providing "a home for the liberal antiwar agenda at the same time that our competitors are waving the flag at every opportunity." Donahue joins us to look back on his firing 10 years later. "They were terrified of the antiwar voice," Donahue says.

If they were "terrified" of the antiwar voice they are positively petrified by the antiestablishment voice.

rationalization for a meme that was started by the Clinton Machine, pushed by David Brock, and now covered by MSM 'news' outlets whose corporate sponsors are financial backers of Clinton.

Not good.
All the popcorn's gone by then.

The Trix rabbit could do a job just as effective as Rachel by ending every show with the famous line connected to him --

"Silly rabbit, Trix are for kids."

And then people could tune in once again tomorrow to see if the Trix rabbit ever actually gets to eat some Trix.
