It wasn't phrased as "which candidate is MORE trustworthy than the other".
(that...or the pollster graduated from the University of Phoenix or something).

They ask each person they survey: Do you think Hillary is honest? Do you think Bernie is honest? A voter can say yes to both, so the numbers don't add to 100%.
