Bill AND Hillary have a very bad habit...

The pointing and wagging of their fingers in other people's faces that they are addressing. This is a rude action, usually taught it is wrong and a social disrespect for the person you are addressing. Total disdain.

Now, in one day you have them both exposed for who they really are, surely unscripted.

That poor guy who just wanted to hold up his sign, makes me so sad to see him infringed upon, especially at a political event.

Time for the Clinton's to retire. Especially Bill. He fucked over Hillary in 2008 when she ran in Iowa. The media asked if he was getting Alzheimer's disease for saying stupid, loopy shit. Then after the campaign he hit the trail and was speaking just fine. Something tells me he really doesn't want her in the White House when he behaves like an intern that needs to be fired. BILL KNOWS BETTER. Such disdain for anyone who does not agree with them, or may get in their way. Wag that finger, Bill. This campaign is what you'll be remembered for. First you knock them down with your crime bill. Then you don't allow them to tell you with a sign, your policy really didn't work out well for them. How sad. Both of you.

Back at ya...

It's awful enough that dozens of articles and mash-ups have been made about HIS pointing, scolding finger.

He knows what he's doing.

and his tone-deaf staff have said shit like this--then BS had better get the spirit and understand that the waggy, didactic attitude DOES come off as sexist--even if it's not his intent.

He's an adult--he's not stupid, he's not "doddering" or "easily confused." He understands optics.

If he keeps doing it, after it is pointed out to him--repeatedly--that he comes off like a Grade A asshole when he does it--well, we'll know he's listening to that overpaid comic book salesman again.

Hardly the same thing. Hillary was nasty personally when she did it, and so was Bill. Have it your way. The Clinton Camp is in shambles.

He looks pretty annoyed in those debate tapes, wagging and tut-tutting and sighing and getting all exasperated.

I'll take these "shambles." Our "camp" is a "glamp" and I feel VERY good about our odds. Even better after Jeff Weaver showed us his behind!!

O'Malley did it, Jim Webb did it, all Dems do it because they want the moderator to know they want time. I don't watch the Republican debates, so I am not sure if the custom carries over there.

And no--that's not how it works. They give the rules about how long people have to answer, and how long the response from the other candidate will be, at the beginning of the debate.

Sanders "wags" NOT when he's trying to call attention to himself in a crowd--he does this when it's just himself v. Clinton. He wants to cut off her answer, pull the attention away from her while she is speaking, and reduce the impact of her remarks.

It's very arrogant, what he does, and people have noticed and remarked on it. It's also boorish and unpresidential--in fact, it's lousy conduct for a Senator.

If people just wagged their finger when they wanted to talk, debates would look like customers in a restaurant summoning waiters.

candidates used very frequently to alert the moderator they wanted to respond. It seems very odd people only complain about Bernie doing this and for some reason did not notice others using the same technique.

Overall, this is too small of an issue to me to get into a disagreement over.

though--this stuff looks like it should be set to Bennie Hill music:

He just needs to put his damn hand down and wait his turn. I mean, we learned that in kindergarten.

When he talks, she folds her hands, turns to him, is still, and pays attention.

When she talks, he stares straight ahead, making odd tutting noises, and waves that damn finger.

(or wag his finger in people's faces). He gesticulates when he is talking to an audience. We Americans have such a penchant for proving our points with photos and quotes that are lifted out of context. So childish.

Heart surgery takes a toll on the mind. When his emotional sentiment is infringed upon he loses it a lot more. Such as his tirade against the 911 conspiracy protesters. "How dare you!" Well, logically when a security meltdown and immense CYA/politicization leads us into a war of unexamined lies and buried truths, you can very easily see how someone might dare. he is too emotionally involved in this campaign. It is unfortunate how getting your mind simplified by poor health gets poor results. It's like they turn him loose fully expecting no one to notice or critique him this time. This is not the time for a Sister Souljah moment which was deemed clever/strong during his own first primary.

The real degeneration is in accountability and the media warp and the ascendancy of arrogant self-entitlement that was to have been enshrined in having no choice at all in an OPEN ELECTION season.
