Anyone remember the horrible fight in Wisconsin as a right-wing teabagger fucked over the unions and working families in Wisconsin?
Madam Sec? Mr. President?
Where were you?
How about you, DNC? Debbie? At home in your comfortable shoes?
Anyone?
Right.
We deserve better than Hillary.
People are starting to realize it and they are doing something about it.

In a speech in Washington, D.C., on Friday to the Democratic National Committee's women's leadership forum, Clinton gave a boost to Democrat Mary Burke, who is running against Walker.
Walker is weighing whether to run for president, and is considered a likely frontrunner should he decide to run but first, he will need to win re-election this year.
Add Clinton to the long list of Democrats working to ensure Walker does not succeed.

Wisconsin is this extra state full of extraordinary people, Obama said, ripping through Walkers record with specifics, though he never said Walkers name. But if you end up having policies that cut education, help folks at the top, dont expand opportunity, then its not going to work. We need better policies.
Obama was in Wisconsin to formally unveil his administrations new overtime rule, set to raise wages for up to 5 million workers, as part of a hard-hitting speech ripping into Republicans for opposing him on issues like equal pay for women, raising the minimum wage, workers rights, Medicaid expansion and taxing the wealthy.
So, yeah. I don't know what you were talking about, or trying to imply, but it doesn't seem accurate.

I dont recall seeing them walking the square during the act10 protests... but there were a lot of us there so maybe they were just lost in the crowd.

(2,941 posts)Safely away from the fight. And how about the recall votes in 2012? Where was Democratic Party support?
NOWHERE.
Democratic Party elite, safely away, waiting for the dust to settle so they could avoid any controversy during 2012 elections.
DNC betrayed us in Wisconsin. Dragged their unwilling asses to Wisconsin after the fact.
For a brief moment of political opportunity, DNC betrayed its constituency and now they risk the election and enable an asshole like Trump.
Well done.
