Saying there are Democratic Corporate whores is true, unless you think there are no Democratic Corporate whores.
I would say the 11 Dems that voted for yea for this are Corporate Whores. It stops the Government from negotiating lower prices on drugs. Now the Government pays full price and all those extra profits fill the pockets of Pharma CEOs

(11,785 posts)"Corporate whore" is a phrase that's been used at DU for years to refer to politicians of both genders. It's not pretty, but neither is selling out the 99% for personal gain.

(1,235 posts)Although given that most people respect sex workers far more than 'Corporate Whores', I can see why you'd try and soften her image by pretending Hillary is just a sex worker, but that's really an abuse of sex workers.
