Secretary Clinton approved a $4 million sale for Sandy Hook gun maker Remington in 2012

In the year of the Sandy Hook massacre, Secretary Clinton approved $120 million in sales for the companies that made the murder weapons Adam Lanza used to kill 20 children and 6 adults, including a $4 million sale for gun maker Remington.

On 14 April 2016 a judge ruled that the Sandy Hook families’ lawsuit against gunmaker Remington Arms can move forward. Hillary Clinton is using the massacre for political gain in the presidential campaign. At the Univision debate in March, Clinton said “you want to talk about corporate greed? The gun manufacturers sell guns to make as much money as they can make.” But a newly identified Pentagon document shows that Clinton herself aided ‘corporate greed’ of Remington. (A summary table of Clinton-approved 2012 gun and ammunition sales is included at the bottom of this blog page.)

The Pentagon document also shows Clinton that year approved over $100 million dollars ($116,160,367.19 by my count) in ammunition sales by Alliant Techsystems, the parent company of Savage Arms, which makes the MK II-F bolt action rifle Lanza used to kill his mother. I have not seen reporting on who manufactured the AR-15 ammunition used by Lanza. Alliant’s subsidiary Federal Cartidge sells ammunition for AR-15 rifles in boxes of 100; Lanza took 300 rounds of Ar-15 ammunition to the school.

So, it's just brown people who are at risk of being killed by these guns.

Too bad for all the other kids though. This is the main reason I don't want Hillary to be president she has put so many children in danger for business profits. Not just kids of course. But, that stat on cluster bombs rips my heart out. 40% killed are children.

She rightly assumed in 2008 that voters would be concerned about gun grabbing it was a real issue. So she spoke out on it. http://thehill.com/blogs/pundits-blog/presidential-campaign/266412-before-attacking-sanders-on-guns-clinton-was-annie

Saying she was a champion of the 2A. Now she wants it both ways I suppose to say she is for the 2A while advocating shutting down gun manufacturing by allowing people to sue over a legally manufactured gun.

So, her problem is she has walk some line between being pro 2A as it is written and interpreted and appearing to want to take guns away to appease the anti-gun crowd.

I don't know how she really felt in 2008 we only have her words to inform us. Well those words change a lot so they mean nothing. So then we have to go by her record and now as you pointed out she doesn't really have a problem with guns or that lots of people will die from the guns she allowed to be sold.

But, she seems to keep forgetting she is on camera and on record enough that we can see that she changes positions for political gain.

I am extremely interested though. A lot of my family and friends come from Central America. I don't take this kind of shit lightly even if I don't have the capacity to go over these kinds of details with a lot of focus.

....we let many of those countries become failed states. Honduras has the highest murder rate per capita of any country on Earth, twice that of the second country. We should be dealing with it NOW. Especially since peace activists are being killed without any response from our government.

I don't have family from South America. Even so I don't think we should meddle there. My family from Central America is mostly Mexican a few Cubans not really Central America, but these are the people I get stories from and who explain the cultures to me. My understanding is the cultures are very different even if you say go to different cities in the Honduras some of the people are descendants from Mayans that group I learned about from different readings and in college, but there a few other tribes with different languages and customs. And this is the problem as I see it our government doesn't see them as different peoples with a rich history. In fact I don't think our government sees them as people at all they are to them a commodity and if their blood runs in the streets it's just the cost of business. Okay gotta go I am getting pissed.

"{Remington} is the only U.S. company which produces both firearms and ammunition domestically and is the largest U.S. producer of shotguns and rifles. Remington has also developed or adopted more cartridges than any other gun maker or ammunition manufacturer in the world."

Savage made machine guns during WW1, and supplied millions of arms for WW2. RA has made rifles and pistols for the US Military in WW1 & WW2, and also for France, Russia, and Britain. They continue to produce numerous arms in use by US police and military.

Of course their rifles, shotguns, pistols & ammo were always and are now very popular with the American public.

"Remington moved two production lines from the Ilion, New York as a result of the fallout from the New York Safe Act which restricted gun ownership. Huntsville is now building the AR platform Modern Sporting Rifle (MSR) from Bushmaster, DPMS and Remington Remington R-15 and 1911 style R-1 pistols in the new AL plant which is an $87 million boon for Alabama's economy."

We, the people don't want guns to be legal, then we need to elect legislators who agree, & change the gun laws (and the Constitution).
