"Fitzmas" is the atmosphere of excitement and anticipation preceding the conclusion of Patrick Fitzgerald's grand jury investigation into the Bush regime's treason and perjury.

My Fitzmas list has expanded from just Scooter and Rove; I secretly hope I get a Cheney indictment or resignation because I've been a very good boy this year.

That's a new one for me. But I can see how it could be used in a sentence to describe all the anticipation and hopes of Hillary being indicted.

Honestly ... those people are just weird.

Hillary Clinton may very well win the Democratic presidential nomination. However, I ask you this. How in the Sam Hell are you going to repair the damage that her campaign and her followers have done?

And yet, you keep doubling down.

Pitiful. Absolutely pitiful. It is a despicable thing to do. Rovian!

Who is going to be left to vote for your precious in November after you've utterly pissed off the only allies you have? Unlike Bernie, she has next to no support from independents. How does she even win?

Well, don't cry to me. I will vote for Hillary if she gets the nod. But it will be the most difficult vote of my life. Let that sink into your thick skulls for a while.

And please stop this rubbish. JUST STOP!

I know of only one or two Clinton supporters who've claimed that they won't vote for Sanders if he makes it to the ballot. Contrast that with the dozens and dozens of Sanders' supporters who not only won't support her; they can scarcely fight back the vomit at the mere thought of voting for her.

She represents the absolute worst of the Democratic party, they say.
She's Republican-light, they say.
She'll continue all the bad things that Obama's been doing, they say.
She'll hand the country to Wall Street, they say.
etc.

Those frothing, hyperbolic voters sure as shit weren't driven away from Clinton by her supporters' mean ol' posts. They'd locked themselves into full-bore disgust many months ago, and they've never stopped to reconsider.

It's adorable that you think you have any authority or credibility to tell anyone to "JUST STOP!" when there's a daily torrent of raw hatred spewing forth unabated from the Sanders camp. Why not lead by example and tell your fellow Berners to "JUST STOP!" instead?

On Thu Apr 21, 2016, 12:39 PM an alert was sent on the following post:

Hey how's that Vatican trip looking now for Bernie??
http://www.democraticunderground.com/12511796402

REASON FOR ALERT

This post is disruptive, hurtful, rude, insensitive, over-the-top, or otherwise inappropriate.

ALERTER'S COMMENTS

Childish, divisive snark, which is pretty much all this poster ever contributes. That kind of behavior is going to make it hard for DU to be a means of Democrats elected this fall. Instead, it just creates further division and ill will. This community deserves better.

You served on a randomly-selected Jury of DU members which reviewed this post. The review was completed at Thu Apr 21, 2016, 12:46 PM, and the Jury voted 2-5 to LEAVE IT.

Juror #1 voted to HIDE IT
Explanation: No explanation given
Juror #2 voted to LEAVE IT ALONE
Explanation: The trip was childish, divisive snark, not the post.
Juror #3 voted to LEAVE IT ALONE
Explanation: "This alert is disruptive, hurtful, rude, insensitive, over-the-top, or otherwise inappropriate."
Juror #4 voted to LEAVE IT ALONE
Explanation: Absolutely nothing wrong with this post, and it pales before the "childish, divisive snark" that we see in dozens and dozens of anti-Clinton posts each day, often on DU's front page with 100 recs.

This is a ridiculous alert.

LEAVE IT

Juror #5 voted to HIDE IT
Explanation: No explanation given
Juror #6 voted to LEAVE IT ALONE
Explanation: No explanation given
Juror #7 voted to LEAVE IT ALONE
Explanation: This is a very mild post compared to what's allowed around here.

Thank you very much for participating in our Jury system, and we hope you will be able to participate again in the future.

Essentially, it was that they're the first to kick someone when they're vulnerable. They're the ones who will punch children if the crowd will allow it, or beat up protestors in wheelchairs. They have this ugly little element to their personality that makes them desperately want to hurt someone, but they also tend to be cowards. Sad combination.

It's probably why they instinctively side with authority.
