Aside from only being two polls, Rasmussen and Civitas are not valuable on their own. Rasmussen has consistently posted the lowest numbers for Clinton and they do so for Democrats in general. Civitas is a partisan outfit that has never shown an interest in accuracy over partisan narrative-creation.
