Related: About this forumSuperdelegates Supporting Hillary Clinton Risk a Donald Trump Presidency
Its time for the Democratic Party to come to terms with Hillary Clintons wrongdoings, fabrications, and blatant neglect.
The Office of Inspector Generals report released Wednesday is the most crucial piece of evidence thats been seen to date suggesting Clinton has broken federal law through unauthorized use of a private email server.
Now, while the IG continues to state she has broken policies, they fail to talk about the fact that the policies she has broken were designed around the Federal Records Act of 1950. By violating the policy, Clinton has not only violated the law, but also consistently denied doing so publicly numerous times.
Superdelegates within the Democratic Party need to take the findings of this report, and her visibly inconsistent defense, into serious consideration.

(10,461 posts)1. Super-delegates supporting Clinton do so because she is who the voters have chosen
I find it odd that the supporters of the grassroots "of the people" candidate wan't something very UNdemocratic to happen to propel their candidate to the nomination.

(5,761 posts)4. You're wrong. Many SD's came out for Hillary before the primaries
Months and months before the primaries. Before Bernie was even in the race.
That, IMHO is wrong.

and act like they think Trump is so awful that superdelegates need to disenfranchise the millions of black, Latino and women voters whose votes allowed Clinton to win the primary.
