(30,439 posts)It won't matter if "several" switch.
It would be pretty much meaningless in the grand scheme of things.
Cheese Sandwich
(9,086 posts)pretty much neutralize the superdelegate effect.
A lot are uncommitted in the first place.

(58,724 posts)Since she will be leading with the pledged delegates (the ones who actually represent real votes, as Bernie says)
Cheese Sandwich
(9,086 posts)Also my math is out of date.
The picture surely has changed since the math was done on March 18.

The flood of SDs away from Hillary is not based on anything we have seen or heard--just wishful thinking by Clinton's opponents.

These superdels, all refusing to be named, may not actually switch...but it underscores their message @HillaryClinton re CA campaign.

(7,231 posts)You pretty much are our best of the last hopes. Clinton is too weak a GE candidate to get this nomination. Bernie may not be perfect, but at least he is good.

Which is pretty much a STANDARD sized Bernie rally. (maybe a bit less in CA) I think that the numbers for Bernie rallies in CA have been more around 5000. .. so what Bernie does in a couple of events, it takes Hillary 30 to accomplish. Just sayin' . . . . . ..

Shuster is about as credible and as objective as Dick Morris, when speaking about anything Clinton-related.

Your post said it best Tarc, about as credible as Dick Morris

Surprisingly the press did not give her a pass. Nor did her mother stand up for her and take responsibility for crafting her talking points.
Call it what you will. She does not lie well...at all. That I'll give you.

(2,760 posts)My guess is that even if he's 100% correct, we're talking about enough SDs to count on one hand. Saying 3 SD's will flip won't get Shuster any attention, because everyone knows that's not even a blip on the radar. So, he uses the term "several," which invites people to wildly speculate.
