CNN: Bernie or bust: Sanders supporters vow to hold out

I think the consequence of Bernie's claim that the system is unfair because he is losing is that rather than build a coalition for his so-called revolution, Bernie's self-centered arguments are causing his supporters to simply disengage and not participate. By self-censoring and not participating in the primary system, they are pretty much conceding the major parties to the forces that they oppose. Worse, it takes all the energy of Bernie's campaign and funnels it toward Trump as an anti-establishment candidate and against the Democratic party.

http://www.cnn.com/2016/06/01/politics/bernie-sanders-hillary-clinton-bernie-or-bust/

"We are prepared to de-register from the Democratic Party and explore other options. Maybe we don't get it done in this election, but I can damn well guarantee you this: We mean business," Frazier said. "If Bernie Sanders does not walk out of that thing as the nominee, we can guarantee you from that point on we'll start the de-registration of the Democratic Party. They have a choice to make."

Their passion doesn't change the hard reality of the delegate math: Clinton will clinch the party's nomination next Tuesday. Sanders will not.

Yet Sanders' most loyal supporters are now convinced the system is rigged, setting up a collision course for Democrats. He has done little to dissuade them.

"It's an unfair system, it's a dumb system, and it's a system we will change," Sanders said in California, rallying supporters through comments that have fueled deep skepticism about party rules.

72% of Sanders supporters polled will vote for Hillary. 2008: 60% of Hillary voters would vote for Obama.

Obama won. Hillary will win.

The primary is over.

Many of us Sanders supporters will not vote for a lying, pandering, war-loving, self-serving, corporate owned Turd way fraud. We will not vote for the Goldwater girl turned Goldman-Sachs water carrier.

The Clintons need to take their money and be gone. That all their questionably begotten wealth is not enough for them tells you all need to know. They need power, power and more power. And it sure ain't to help everyday Americans. Just look at the 2-for-1 Clinton legacy of NAFTA, the Telecommunications Act, the Crime and Welfare Deform bills, and the Gramm-Bliley-Leach act which overturned FDR's Glass-Steagall Banking Act. Then look at what HRC did in the Senate and as SoS: aye votes on IWR, the Bankruptcy bill and the Patriot Acts I & II; devastating regime change in Honduras, Libya, Syria; arms deals with the Saudis that benefitted the Clinton Slush Fund (aka Foundation), worldwide promotion of fracking, and the private server to avert scrutiny of all!

As Bill said of Bush-Quayle in 1992: It's time for them to go

In 2016: It's time for Bill and Hill to go

what I wrote about the Clintons is true and factual. I am a woman of color who remembers when Eisenhower was POTUS and I have lived the devolution of the D/democratic Party thanks to the Clinton Third Way, New Democrat sellout to Wall Street. Enough of this BS

because you can refute a damn thing I said!

It's time you grow up and take the blinders off about $Hillary. Maybe this video, from Jon Stewart no less, will help enlighten you and give you a modicum of maturity: http://www.downvids.net/demopocalypse-jon-stewart-comes-out-of-retirement-813527.html

willing to act on it).

Hillary will not. Especially regarding money in politics, universal healthcare/college and war.

A Hillary presidency will be more of Obama, steady change in the right direction, but way too slow. And the rich and corporations will still be laughing all the way to the bank.

As A two time Democratic Nominee for a U.S. House seat... I have seen IT ALL! I could go on for an hour and a half... with true stories of Democratic Party Corruption... I am FOR Bernie because his positions and assertions are exactly in line with my personal experiences as a Democratic politician/candidate! There is a GREAT NEED for a COMPLETE HOUSECLEANING OR... WORST CASE SCENARIO... COMPLETE DISMEMBERMENT OR REBUILD...

Here is some irony:
By self-censoring and not participating in the primary system, they are pretty conceding the major parties to the forces that they oppose.

But that is exactly what most HRC supporters and establishment Democrats want. You want them to concede and support the party as is.

Those who want the Democratic party to change aren't really going away in the long run. We've learned from Bernie's efforts, his successes, and his mistakes.

Whether or not Bernie supporters vote for HRC is really up to Trump. As long as he keeps being a madman, they are more likely to vote and vote for HRC. I don't think there is anything HRC can do to win them over. Its not in her nature to build coalitions with people who disagree with her and its not in the nature of Bernie supporters to trust anything she promises.

The system is not rigged! All is fair and square and democracy is the best it's ever been!!

Everybody should just sit back and thank our lords for taking care of us. We should never complain. It just makes them mad and if they get too mad they might not trickle down on us any more.

That Bernie stuff is just trying to make money off us. You can't trust the Left, they just want an even playing field and more democracy.

Thank you Tom for being such a fearless leader and exposing the dirty democrats!! Yay for you.
