Who hired the protesters for the Trump rally?

Protesters beating a man while chanting "Bernie Bernie Bernie"

They really expect us to believe that?

That is completely absurd, kinda like saying chairs were thrown at the Nevada convention or that Barbara Boxer was scared.

Sounds like someone hired them to do this and the corporate media is just running with it.

All part of the plan to paint Bernie supporters as violent so they can beat on protesters/lock them up in "free speech" cages at the convention.

Of course the media no longer has any crediblity so no one believes them....

First would be that trump gets a lot of extra publicity from it so might do it to himself, second one would be camp sleaze to make Bernie supporters look bad..I tend to go to the first one since trump doesn't give a shit if they get caught at it he would laugh it off and his insane fans would love it and call him even smarter than they thought to do such a clever thing.. he woold get a boost in his ratings among crazy people (which are his base)

I don't think Hillary Supporter, paid or otherwise, has the courage of conviction to risk arrest by pretending to be a violent Sanders supporter.

"I don't think Hillary Supporter, paid or otherwise, has the courage of conviction to risk arrest by pretending to be a violent Sanders supporter." So you are saying it really was Sanders supporters?

That being said, I hadn't heard it was Sanders supporters being teh aggressor. I didn't know. That is too bad. But ya, .... I would want to know for sure before giving it to them.

Whomever, it was wrong and they should be prosecuted.

There is a small cadre of people - mostly young men - who like to show up at rallies and organized events and turn a peaceful gathering into chaos: see the protests over the verdict in the Oscar Grant shooting, and Occupy Oakland for examples. I don't know if they're nostalgic for the Berkeley protests of the 1960s, or Anarchists of whatever stripe, or spoiled kids from the edges of Bart-land taking advantage of a crowd to act like hooligans (a favorite theory in some parts of the East Bay). My own opinion is that it was spurred on by a not very organized bunch of males in their early 20s from San Jose and the surrounding area trying to emulate the Oakland rioters and get on TV (or make a cool YouTube video at the least).
