Well, that's the system being used in Puerto Rico tonight, so please be patient with the slow pace of the returns.
By tomorrow,sometime, all precincts will have reported and well have the complete results. So far, with 3.28% of precincts reporting, Hillary has about 69% to Bernie with about 30%.
Please be patient. It takes time to hand-count ballots to ensure a fair, accurate count.
