Related: About this forumPer MSNBC it was Bernie who requested decrease in PR polling places
Because the Sanders campaign could not get enough poll workers to staff each location.

(28,270 posts)How could I forget.
Southern states and now territories even with large groups of PoC.
They seem to have a big problem with that.

(11,330 posts)outrageous that any candidate would request to make it more difficult for voters to vote

(24,544 posts)Have no idea why Puerto Rico would have gone along with that.

(62,265 posts)Got to allow impartial observers from all interested parties.
Here's what happens if Sanders doesn't have counters:
"Sanders campaign not allowed to have observers at 200 polling places!"
So they just agreed to do it.
Number23
(24,544 posts)but somehow, his demands only seem to be increasing.

(9,904 posts)going through, I just got finished watching a video on the current PR political landscape by a Daily Show type English guy , I couldn't seem to add that but I'm just so horrified by so much horrific events occurring daily world wide and it just makes no sense how we allow it all I guess it's just too many things to fix

(12,958 posts)Hillary supporters spend the last two days claiming the polling stations were closed to do "Budget cuts".
That lie falls apart, so they do this.
We have seen this same pattern play out for the last year. Hillary/DWS is running the dirtiest campaign, Republican OR Democratic, in HISTORY.

(154,021 posts)Bernie Sanderss campaign is accusing Puerto Ricos Democratic Party officials of fraud in the territorys presidential primary.
The campaigns head of Hispanic voter efforts, Betsy Franceschini, told Caribbean Business in an interview that Sanders officials were initially denied access to prisons to help inmates vote.
Our Bernie Sanders officials were never certified. We had 40 officials we submitted in time for the prisons. Not one of them was certified, while all of theirs [Hillary Clintons] went in. Attorney Manny Suárez had to go in order for us to be let in. This is a great fraud, Franceschini said.

And does Sanders have any authority? Like Nevada this will turn to be a lie and I will tell you this, while masterful in the machine politics this is revealing something very ugly, Son't worry, when the other side does it in November, I will scream at you CONSPIRACY. and then point to you why election integrity matters all the time, not just when your preferred candidate is doing well.
Good luck in November, I mean it.
