do you think she keeps Garland as SC nominee or does she make her own choice

of course the repugs can stop blocking the nomination

Scalia, but he will not be as left as a choice by Hillary Clinton in what I expect will be a Democratic majority in the Senate.

and confirm Garland before she has a chance to nominate her own.

Garland is the best the repubs can hope for...

The Senate is not required to take action on the Executive's appointments.

And she picks her own. Garland was Obama calling the Republicans' bluff. They weren't bluffing.

Of course, the Repubs may try to approve him before the election if they think she is going to win.

It's weird that Republicans think Hillary is to the left of Obama while the Bernie wing of the Democratic Party thinks she is to the right of Obama.
