without worry of turning the seat over. I've lived in red states all my life and trust me when I say "bad" Dems are still 1000 times better than any Republican.

unfortunately, and no amount of wishing makes it so. I've seen that movie too many times.

Red states have red voters by definition, so you do not get "a lot" behind a Dem in a red state. You get a candidate who survives elections by the skin of their teeth. Those are the wrong places to primary incumbent Dems. You support them and instead primary moderate Dems in progressive states to move the party left, otherwise you are cutting your nose to spite your face because you lose seats when you tear apart support for Democrats in red states.
