2016 Postmortem

This morning on Morning Joe, the Republicans on the show were talking about

how much they wish they had Superdelegates now that they are stuck with Trump. They were joking that the Democratic Party was on to something. My guess is that Superdelegates will be part of their 2020 Presidential Primary so that they don't make the same mistake twice.

1. Have super-delegates
2. Closed primaries
3. Proportional award of delegates in primaries

and the Democrats would be stupid to get rid of any of those items.
