BERNIE FLIPS CALIFORNIA AND NINE MORE SUPERDELEGATES

AS MILLIONS OF PROVISIONAL AND MAIL IN BALLOTS ARE COUNTED

Even though the Associated Press declared that Hillary Clinton “secured enough delegates for the Democratic nomination,” and later issued a correction blaming the erroneous statement due to “an editing error,” Hillary Clinton did not actually earn enough delegates to be declared the nominee of the Democratic Party. In fact, Clinton also has not actually won California either. In view of the information from polling place workers about Sanders winning by more than a 2 to 1 margin and in view of the removal of 2/3 or more of his votes from the official results.

Poll workers in Los Angeles and Orange County report that Bernie won the electronic votes in their precincts by well over a 2 to 1 margin, the opposite of the result of the vote count. The contrast between this and the outcome is indicative of vote-flipping. Also the outcome.. outcome does not match what anyone who has conducted polling in this state knows: Below the election night video is a video about black box voting (Hacking Democracy) , The Democratic Party has essentially endorsed this video, showing it at various conventions and another video of a computer programmer confessing to creating a vote-flipping program.

You have that talking point memorized because you don't want to even think of Clinton's allegiance to Wall Street. It's too painful. Corporatism is something foreign to your ears. Anyone who would actively support it as SoS and bend over to purposely look the other way while we're being raped as a country BY corporatism is tabu in the talking points from which you're operating. You think that's too benign.

There is not one good reason for ANY candidate to have been held up all these many months by big moneyed interests. So, when someone reminds you after seeing that Sanders has turned over income taxes in where the entire year he made almost as much as she got from that Goldman Sachs talk, and you hear, "where's the transcripts?", you not only don't have an answer, you don't understand the question.

The bullhorn can be heard at lowest level down a high school football field during a game, the whistle is professional quality and would grab attention in a burning theater. Who knew? Thu Jun 16, 2016, 07:11 PM

from today's Huffington Post:
Over 220,000 provisional ballots have already been already been discounted in the presidential primaries this year, according to a survey by The Huffington Post, with many thousands more likely to be tossed as states finish certifying their primaries.

Congress passed the Help America Vote Act in 2002 after the disaster that was the 2000 presidential election. That legislation created “provisional ballots” (they are sometimes referred to as “affidavit” or “challenge” ballots) to act as a backup in case a poll worker cannot immediately establish a voter’s eligibility.

To determine how many people’s ballots didn’t count this year, HuffPost asked nearly every state that held a presidential primary this cycle how many provisional ballots were cast and how many of those provisional ballots were ultimately counted. Some states partially count ballots cast outside of the voter’s precinct by counting selections for state and federal offices, but not local races.
HuffPost got statewide data from 23 of the states that held primaries this year, plus data from Arizona’s largest county, Maricopa; data from Kansas, whose GOP caucus weirdly issues provisional ballots — caucuses don’t typically involve ballots; and data from New York City, where the chaotic Democratic presidential primary resulted in an unusually high number of provisional ballots submitted and rejected. (Public affairs officials with the New York State Board of Elections ignored repeated emails and calls from HuffPost.)

The legislation that created provisional ballots has little guidance on what to do with the actual votes, so our survey could not be entirely comprehensive. Some states don’t collect provisional ballot data at the statewide level, so this survey does not include data from five states that redirected us to their counties: Arkansas, Connecticut, Florida, Tennessee and West Virginia. It is too soon to know how many provisional ballots were cast in states that held primaries in the last month, so it does not include data from Montana, New Jersey, New Mexico, South Dakota and the District of Columbia. In the nation’s most populous state, California, tens of thousands (if not hundreds of thousands) of provisional ballots have yet to be counted.

I suspect that there will be some bugs that will need be fixed when the system goes live. As a former programmer I know that things never work exactly as they are expected. For example one of the alerts gave a message that the post was made in an incorrect forum; however, the alert message did not indicate where the post was made so it was not possible for the jurors to determine the correct decision.

While Elad has worked hard on the new system I won't be surprised if the system gets locked and nobody will be able to post. However, I must admit that after 25,000+ posts with no hides there was a satisfying feeling getting FFR'd and having my transparency page showing.

Sort of like having the "opinion" that the moon is made of green cheese.

I don't get angry at someone who thinks the moon is green cheese or that the moon landing was faked. I just feel sad that they haven't gotten the mental health help they so obviously need.

On election night, several reporters favorable to Sanders commented on how rudely they were being treated. Reginald Hubbard and Jesse Cornett who reportedly threatened some of the mild-mannered, more loyal press with loss of equipment, removal or confiscation of their press credentials (which they had brought with them) and removal of the actual reporters from the event in response to polite questions about the sound arrangements.
Most of the pro-Sanders reporters were placed on a riser near distorted speakers and denied access to the event’s sound boxes they had been promised and which were provided for other media

"Reporters favorable to Sanders" "Pro-Sanders reporters". Really??

But I went there and on their main page all the articles were political.

There have been a number of articles like this lately. Hope they get them all counted soon.

batsh*t crazy! I can handle lies, but when the completely outer-space cuckoo bananas gets posted, I can't really take it. We've had enough sadness this week. Things like this make me really sad.

anyway.

And the only superdelegates getting flipped are the ones that were for Sanders that are flipping TO Hillary. Even that bit in the OP is a spectacular lie. This kind of thing says far more about those who post it than it does anything else.

It says all of the mail in ballots haven't yet been counted. Seems pretty obvious to me. 60% of Ca voters would be a BIG number. I can see how it might take them time.

I've never heard of a state being called when there remains more votes to be counted than covers the spread of the person leading.

Please provide a credible source.

If the OP were factual, it would be reported by credible news organizations.

The last of the Bernie diehards cling to fringe blogs, hoping the nes will somehow carry Bernie to the nomination.

And even if he had won CA, it would not change the outcome of the primary election.

Hillary Clinton is the nominee. Deal with it.

Including the ongoing counting of mail-in ballots that arrived after June 7.
http://vote.sos.ca.gov/returns/president/party/democratic/

Clinton still has 54% of the vote. You can look at the results in particular counties. It should be an obvious point that someone can win 2-1 in one or more precincts in a county as large as LA and still lose the county and the state.

Here is what the SoS office says about unprocessed ballots. http://vote.sos.ca.gov/returns/president/party/democratic/

Please inform yourselves from the office actually in charge of this.

It's the never ending conspiracy theories.

Hilary will be in her second term and some people will still be battling over the 2016 primaries.

Hillary has won the nomination by a country mile. It wasn't even close. Sanders did a lot better than expected, but he didn't win.

We have bigger problems to contend, namely an unhinged Trump and his supporters.

Face reality already!!!!
