And yes, they will put forward a platform. It is quite sad that this has given Barbara Streisand the vapors.

Good for Bernie for keeping the pressure on so that Clinton doesn't shift back to the center-right.

If he stubbornly refuses to concede that the election results are what they are, that doesn't actually hurt Hillary in any way.

emphasis in the convention. Certainly their voice will be heard but what do they really hope to achieve. I would have thought they would have been better off being more cooperative with the DNC and playing the longer game in getting supporters in key positions. Pissing off those who currently have the votes doesn't appear the best strategy to me.

tweaking...k-12 is also important...and I don't like that he funds the college thing with payroll taxes...regressive tax. I don't' like to be blackmailed. Also, it is a slap in the face to Obama to have West at the Democratic convention. I am sick of Bernie's demands You do understand that many BOB voters still think he wins at the convention? And that is Sanders fault because he did hot concede. I like liberal politics...and the Dems should have a liberal platform. I just don't want Bernie anywhere near it...don't trust him as he has treated Sen. Clinton like dirt.

...there's no do-over on the primary.

There's no co-presidency for the loser.

It's past time for Sanders to acknowledge the millions of voters who rallied for his rival, and won the right to have their voices heard at the convention and beyond.

2008 Democratic Primary

Barack won only 102 more delegates
Barack won only 232 more super delegates
Barack won only 10 more primaries and caucuses
Barack had 300,000 fewer votes

Hillary Clinton conceded on June 7, 2008.

Obama received enough super-delegate endorsements on June 3 to claim that he had secured the simple majority of delegates necessary to win the nomination, and Clinton conceded the nomination four days later.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Democratic_Party_presidential_primaries,_2008

No whining, no hostage taking, no demands. And if she had whined, made demands, or held her delegates hostage, she would have been vilified as a cry baby girl who didn't know how to play with the big boys.

They were paid off in 2012 by Obama-donors as a surprise when she left her SOS job...as a reward for her loyalty. Would Bernie earn such a reward? The answer is no.
