I agree. It's to our advantage that the Repub convention comes first. Why give that advantage away?

Who knows, maybe it won't even be Trump on top of the ticket! We have the opportunity to know exactly who we're battling before committing our side, no need to blow that.

Trumpler is intending on announcing his running mate then. Let him do that. Then, she can announce HERS and steal his thunder!
