Hillary Clinton now leads Donald Trump by 8 points, her highest advantage since the general election match-up question was first asked on May 2, according to the latest NBC News|SurveyMonkey Weekly Election Tracking Poll.
This week, Clinton enjoys 49 percent support of registered voters to Trump's 41 percent. Her 8-point margin over Trump grew from 6 points in last week's poll.
Clinton maintains a 6-point advantage over Trump42 percent to 36 percentwhen Libertarian candidate Gary Johnson and Green Party candidate Jill Stein are included as choices in an alternative version of the horse race question, according to the poll, conducted online from June 20 to June 26.

I remember people here freaking out when Lawernce O'Donnel telling us that Clinton has never rebounded after losing a lead. Yet here he are, back to where she was earlier this year with and with a solid lead to boot. Too much liberal hand wringing in this world

When are their predictions ever right? Here is an article from late in the 2008 election speculating on an electoral vote tie.

It will either be a tie or Obama will win by 200 electoral votes. Its hard to say.
