the majority of regents are “climate deniers” - she would change the majority opinion
and not just on this issue

The fight for the future of CU is happening now.

As the former Principal Deputy Assistant Secretary for Intergovernmental and External Affairs in the Office of Congressional and Intergovernmental Affairs, Alice Madden served as the interface between the U.S. Department of Energy and state, local, and tribal governments, and other relevant constituencies. The Office of Intergovernmental and External Affairs facilitates the exchange of information between the Department and stakeholders regarding the development and implementation of energy policies and programs, and fosters an active dialogue with constituencies to ensure their views are considered as part of the Department's decision-making processes.

Most recently, Ms. Madden served as the Timothy E. Wirth Chair in Sustainable Development at the University of Colorado, where she worked to advance a clean energy economy, while cultivating a higher level of interest among female and minority students in working in sustainability-related fields and completing degrees in STEM disciplines through mentorships and expanded support systems.

Ms. Madden started her career in the high-tech industry, followed by nearly ten years of commercial litigation practice. In 2000, Alice was elected to the Colorado House of Representative where she served as the Majority Leader from 2004 – 2008. One of Alice’s legislative focuses was building the foundation for what is now referred to nationally as the New Energy Economy.

From there, Ms. Madden served as Climate Change Advisor to former Colorado Governor Bill Ritter and was a Senior Fellow on Climate Change for the Center for American Progress. A few key milestones achieved during her tenure include taking Colorado to a 30 percent renewable energy standard, and the implementation of responsible natural gas drilling practices.

Ms. Madden is a graduate of the University of Colorado School of Law.

Our only way to break NC redistricting is to win control of that court. Our current House delegation is 10 - 3 GOP with fair redistricting we could get 2 or 3 seats.

He has a real chance of defeating that human shit-stain, Mike Pence. He MUST be defeated.
