GOP candidate not sorry that he ‘loves’ Trump for ‘putting self-righteous f*ggots in their place’

A Republican candidate for Massachusetts state Senate came under fire over the Fourth of July holiday after he praised presumptive GOP nominee Donald Trump for “putting self-righteous faggots in their place.”

Ted Busiek, who is running for Massachusetts Senate, responded on Saturday by lauding Trump’s remarks.

Busiek later insisted to State House News Service that he did not use the word “faggot” in a “hateful sense.” The candidate said that term was used to show that the congressman questioning Trump was “obnoxious” and “kind of being a jerk.”

“It’s hard for me to get exercised over naughty words,” he explained. “You can insult somebody without being hateful.” Busiek, who opposes same-sex marriage and adoption rights, said that he was standing up for “anybody who works for a living,” especially those who had “oppressor status” for being white, male and wealthy.

The anti-politically correct crowd - the same people who are outraged when someone says "Happy Holidays" instead of "Merry Christmas".

It almost makes me feel for the Christians- the majority religion in the USA- who think they are persecuted. Or the NRA supporters who think the Second Amendment means that everyone should have an ICBM. Or the "ranchers" who don't have to pay grazing fees because... whatever.

I'm often disgusted by our fellow American citizens. Their greed, bigotry and uneducated thinking disappoints and angers me. While they wave their US flags, they have no idea what it means to be an American.

Republicans are doing our job for us-- by telling everyone what they REALLY believe, instead of trying to hide it.

And does he actually think gay people don't work?

If nothing else, RuPaul can set him...well, you know...on THAT:
